Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Nestory app and website (getnestory.app), operated as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). Provider details are in the Legal Notice (Impressum).

By uploading photos, videos, or other media, you grant Nestory a limited, non-exclusive license to store that content and display it to people you invite to your nest — including guests who open an invite link in the browser without an account. Categories of technical service providers in the Privacy Policy may process content only as needed for that purpose. Nestory does not use your content for public feeds, third-party advertising, or to train AI models.

An account is for parents and other members who create or join a nest. You are responsible for your login details and must not misuse Nestory — no unlawful content (including child sexual abuse material), no harassment, no uploading others' photos without permission, no automated scraping or access. Nestory may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

The nest owner decides who sees photos: in-app member invites or a guest link in the browser. Guests do not need a Nestory account. Share links only with people you mean to invite. You can later revoke access; Nestory cannot recall copies already saved or forwarded outside Nestory.

You can delete individual photos and whole nests in the app. To permanently delete your account, use Your nest → Account → Delete account (two confirmations). To request a copy of your data, use Your nest → Contact → Request to export data. Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy.

Nestory is operated with reasonable care. For unpaid use during soft launch we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health — to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for the content you upload. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
